Every room gets a once-over. We will note the pieces of furniture that should be rearranged, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, carpet needing to get changed, fixtures that need brightening, and any other improvement that can easily be made to positively impact the sale.
Buyers' agents know that their clients expect a residence that charms them. Decor that could be too personal should be put away in order for your house to impress buyers at every showing.

Setting the Stage
During your Open House, we want to engage the buyer's senses. To counteract darkness is critical and we'll open the curtains, and change light bulbs where needed to invite the buyer inside. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music playing softly and assure a pleasing aroma circulates room-to-room. We'll add cozy-looking blankets, and throw pillows on your chairs and bedding. Buyers should feel like your current house has the potential to be their next home.
